Aiying艾盈报道,香港证监会在官方网站提醒业界人士及投资者,虚拟资产交易平台向证监会提交牌照申请,以在2024年6月1日或之后继续在香港营运的期限(即2024年2月29日)已结束。

According to the transitional arrangement, any virtual asset trading platform operating in Hong Kong that has not submitted a license application to the SFC on or before the deadline of February 2024, 2 must end its business in Hong Kong on or before May 29, 2024. These virtual asset trading platforms must obtain the necessary SFC licenses before they can resume their business activities in Hong Kong or actively promote their virtual asset services to Hong Kong investors. It is a criminal offense to conduct any unlicensed activities.
