As of February 9 this year, a total of 2 trading platforms were listed on the list. In the past three years (14 to 14), the overall number of crimes involving virtual assets was 2021, 2023 and 1,397, involving amounts of 2,336 million, 3,415 billion and 8.24 billion yuan. In the JPEX case, as of the 17.04th, the police arrested a total of 43.98 people, and no one has been prosecuted for the time being. As of February 20 this year, the SFC and the Police Force have exchanged intelligence on more than 70 virtual asset trading platforms or virtual asset-related activities.
