Aiying reported that the Financial Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa announced that although the Westgap Division High Court has revoked the fund preservation order against the South African exchange Banxso (Pty) Ltd, Banxso's financial services provider (FSP) license has been revoked, and the company is not allowed to conduct financial services business, and its funds can only be used to migrate customers to other financial services providers authorized by the FSCA. The case related to Banxso is tentatively scheduled for retrial on December 2024, 12, and the FSCA is investigating the activities of Banxso and its managers.
